By accessing or using the unFunnelizer Chrome Extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
unFunnelizer is a Chrome browser extension designed for digital marketers to analyze VSL (Video Sales Letter) funnels. The extension provides:
- Reveal - Expose hidden page elements, CTAs, and buttons
- Pixels - Detect tracking pixels (Meta, Google Analytics, GTM, TikTok, etc.)
- Video - Capture and download video streams from VSL platforms (VTurb, Vidalytics, Wistia, etc.)
- Infra - Identify website technologies and infrastructure
- Assets - Extract and download page images and media
- AI Transcription - Convert video audio to text using Whisper AI (local or cloud processing)
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not use the Service to infringe on intellectual property rights
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the Service
- Not use the Service to download copyrighted content without authorization
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by unFunnelizer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
5. Free Tier and Pro Subscription
The Service offers both free and paid tiers:
Free Tier
- 10 AI transcriptions per day
- 3 cloud video downloads per day
- Full access to Reveal, Pixels, Infra, and Assets features
- Usage resets at midnight UTC
Pro Subscription
- Unlimited transcriptions and cloud downloads
- Billed monthly or annually through Stripe
- Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- Cancel anytime from your dashboard
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. AI Transcription Terms
When using the AI transcription feature:
- You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to transcribe the content
- Transcription accuracy is not guaranteed - always verify important content
- Local transcription runs entirely in your browser using the Whisper AI model
- Cloud transcription sends audio to our servers for processing, then immediately deletes it
- We do not store, review, or use your transcribed content
