If you create an account for Pro features, we collect:

- Authentication tokens (stored locally in Chrome storage)
Usage Data
We collect minimal usage data:
- Daily transcription and cloud download counts (for free tier limits)
- Anonymous installation ID (for usage tracking)
Website Content (Temporary)
When you use extension features, we temporarily access:
- Page DOM elements (for Reveal hidden elements feature)
- Video stream URLs (for Video capture feature)
- Page assets like images and links (for Assets extraction)
- Script and meta tags (for Infra technology detection)
This data is processed locally in your browser and is NOT sent to our servers unless you explicitly use cloud features like video transcription.
3. What We Don't Collect
We respect your privacy. We do NOT collect:
- Your browsing history
- URLs of pages you visit
- Personal files or documents
- Keystrokes or form data
- Screenshots or screen recordings
- Personally identifiable information (name, address, phone)
- Financial or payment information (handled by Stripe)
- Health or location data
3.1 AI Transcription
When you use the AI transcription feature:
- Local processing: Audio is processed using Whisper AI running entirely in your browser via an offscreen document
- Cloud processing: If you use cloud transcription, video audio is sent to our secure server, transcribed, and immediately deleted
- Transcription results are stored locally in your browser
- We do not retain or analyze your audio/video content
4. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Enforce free tier daily limits (10 transcriptions, 3 cloud downloads per day)
- Verify Pro subscription status
- Process cloud video conversions and transcriptions
- Improve and optimize the Service
We do not sell or transfer user data to third parties.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is protected using industry-standard measures:
- Authentication data stored on secure Supabase servers
- All connections use HTTPS encryption
- Converted video files are automatically deleted after 24 hours
- Transcription results stored only in your local Chrome storage
- Session tokens stored locally using Chrome's secure storage API
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase - Authentication and user database
- Stripe - Payment processing (we never see your card details)
- Secure Cloud Servers - API and video processing
- Hugging Face - Whisper AI model hosting (for local transcription)
Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your account and associated data
- Export your data
- Opt out of marketing communications
8. Cookies and Local Storage
The extension uses Chrome's local storage API to store:
- Authentication session tokens
- User preferences (FB Ads Spy toggle, video quality settings)
- Cached technology detection results
- Transcription job history and results
Our website uses essential cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
9. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
